Kehwa!

With autumn air around the corner and cold winds already taken over the evenings in Karachi, viral flu has already attacked a few and working on others. A KEHWA is a good option for kids as well as adults. This Kehwa has preventive as well as curing properties.
Sharing recipe for 1 glass, you can multiply accordingly.

1 glass of water.
1 Cinnamon (Daarcheeni) stick (1inch piece)
3 cloves(long)
Ajwaen 1 pinch
Ginger one inch piece optional
Honey 1 tsp.

*Other than honey put all things in a pan. Bring to boil.

*Let it cook so that 1 cup reduces to 3/4th.

*Strain.

*Upon release of initial heat add a teaspoon honey upon serving.

INGREDIENTS:

*You can store it in a bottle for 12-16 hours. Reheat, add honey and serve.
